Pratt & Whitney Statement on the Findings of Phase 3 of the Connecticut Cancer Study

The findings from industry-leading researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Illinois at Chicago found no connection between glioblastoma and the workplace. The researchers also found no patterns or trends of other causes of death suggestive of a workplace relationship.

Though the 12-year study has concluded, Pratt & Whitney remains committed to the health and safety of its more than 33,000 employees worldwide and continues to make safe and environmentally-friendly workplaces a priority.
