Alp Aviation signed an eleven-year agreement with Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies Corp. company (NYSE: UTX), potentially worth approximately $480 million, including raw material input costs. Under this agreement, ALP will provide large and small machined parts for the PW1200G engine for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ), the PW1500G engine for the C Series aircraft, the PW1100G-JM engine for the Airbus A320neo, and the PW800 engine for the Gulfstream G800.

The agreement includes UTC's "One Company" terms and conditions, which provides for a common contracting approach between UTC and its suppliers; thereby, facilitating future collaboration between such suppliers and UTC's aerospace businesses.
