Otis China Delivers 10,000<sup>th</sup> Elevator to Evergrande Group

Tianjin, China, Nov 09, 2015 - Otis Elevator China Co., Ltd. (“Otis China”) recently celebrated the delivery of its 10,000th elevator to Evergrande Group, one of China’s leading real estate developers. Otis is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

The cooperation between Otis and Evergrande started in 2007, with Otis China supplying GeN2® elevators, SkyriseTM high-speed elevators, LINK escalators and other systems to Evergrande residential, commercial and hotel projects in 25 provinces and municipalities across China. With a focus on high end properties, Evergrande manages 300 real estate projects in approximately 150 cities.
