LATINA Style magazine ranked United Technologies #9 of 800 corporations in the 2016 LATINA Style 50 Report. The report ranks the 50 best companies for Latinas to work for in the U.S.
United Technologies has consistently improved its ranking over the past four years, moving up 26 spots since first making the list in 2013.
In its 19th year, the LATINA Style 50 report ranks Fortune 1000 employers on Latina diversity and inclusion indicators, such as Latina executive representation, Latina retention, mentoring programs, educational opportunities, alternative work policies, employee benefits, women’s issues, job retention and affinity groups.
