Ms. Bryant is Chairman and CEO of Neural Analytics, Inc. (medical robotics). Prior to joining Neural Analytics, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Google Cloud, where she focused on accelerating the scale and reach of Google Cloud’s business, including optimization of the global supply chain, acceleration of customer adoption, expansion of customer support capability and development of next-generation information technology solutions.

Previously, Ms. Bryant was Group President of Intel Corporation’s Data Center Group where she led the worldwide organization that develops the data center platforms for the digital services economy. In that role, she managed the data center P&L, strategy and product development for cloud service and communications service providers, enterprise and government infrastructure, spanning server, storage and network solutions. Ms. Bryant also served as Intel’s Chief Information Officer where she was responsible for corporate-wide information technology solutions and services.

Ms. Bryant is a director of Broadcom Inc., an advisory board member of OwnZones Entertainment Technologies and a member of the University of California, Davis, Chancellor’s Board of Advisors and the University of California, Davis College of Engineering Board of Advisors.

A tireless advocate for women and underrepresented minorities, Ms. Bryant served as the executive sponsor of the Network of Intel African American Employees and as a member of the Anita Borg Institute Technical Board. She was named among Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2015 and 2016. In 2016, World Affairs and its Global Philanthropy Forum honored Ms. Bryant with its Global Citizen Award. Business Insider ranked Bryant #32 in the list of “Silicon Valley 100” of 2016. She established the Diane Bryant Endowed Scholarship Fund for Diversity in Engineering at the University of California, Davis, in 2015. She holds four U.S. patents. Ms. Bryant is 57 and has been a UTC director since 2017.
